Established in 1875, YWCA Ireland is the longest established women’s movement on the island of Ireland. Today, we are proud of our long history of supporting women and girls to be leaders, encouraging women in their Christian faith and of providing safe spaces for women and girls and continue this work on a national and local level.

Who can be a member?
Women who are passionate about YWCA Ireland’s mission and vision are eligible for full membership of the association and have full voting rights. All members must be age 18 years or over. Men and YWCA employees passionate about our mission and vision can support our work by becoming associate members. Associate members do not have full voting rights. No age limits apply and any details you provide to us are kept confidentially and will not be shared.
Annual Membership Fees
Annual Full Membership – €20 or £20
Special Student Membership – €10 or £10
Associate Membership – €10 or £10
Over 65’s & Unwaged- €10 or £10
*Please note that you can cancel your membership at any time and have your name and details removed from our database and records. However annual membership fees are non-refundable.
